ข้าวมันไก่รักกาแฟ เคียงคู่โคราชมามากกว่า 80 ปี สืบทอดจากบรรพบุรุษถึงรุ่นลูกรุ่นหลาน “รักกาแฟ” เป็นที่มาของ นายไซเซง แซ่ซือ และนางน้อย แซ่ซือ ซึ่งบุคคลทั้งสองคนนี้เป็นผู้ก่อตั้งมา บนถนนจักรี ซึ่งแต่ก่อนร้านรักกาแฟนั้นตั้งอยู่ตรงร้านต้าแว่นตาในปัจจุบัน ซึ่งสมัยแรกของ (นายไซเซงกับนางน้อย) ที่เริ่มสร้างสมมานั้น ก็เริ่มด้วยการขายกาแฟซึ่งนายไซเซงเอง เป็นผู้ปรุงเองทั้งหมดไม่ว่าจะเป็นการคัด การคั่วกาแฟ จนกระทั่งการชงหรือปรุงที่ลูกค้าทั้งในโคราชและจังหวัดอื่น ๆ ที่เคยรับประทานก็เป็นที่ติดอกติดใจกัน จึงเป็นที่กล่าวขานถึง และเป็นความสงสัยถึงที่มาหรือความหมายของคำว่า “รักกาแฟ” ซึ่งที่จริงแล้วคำว่า “รัก” ก็คือชื่อของนายไซเซงนั่นเอง และความหมายรวมคือ นายไซเซงนั้นเริ่มการค้าสิ่งแรกคือ กาแฟ จึงเป็นที่มาของ “รักกาแฟ”

เมนูพิเศษของร้าน คือข้าวมันไก่ ส่วนใหญ่ลูกค้าที่มาจะกินเมนูนี้ ซึ่งรสชาติข้าวมันเราจะใช้ข้าวหอมมะลิ 100% เมื่อนำมาหุงข้าวจะหอมนุ่มเรียงเม็ดสวยและไม่แฉะ ไม่มันเลี่ยนจนเกินไป มีความลงตัว เนื้อไก่ตอนฉ่ำหนานุ่ม ทานควบคู่กับน้ำจิ้มเข้มข้นสูตรเด็ดลงตัวเฉพาะของทางร้าน ช่วยเพิ่มรสชาติให้อร่อยยิ่งขึ้น และสิ่งสำคัญที่สุดคือวัตถุดิบของเราจะเตรียมวันต่อวัน หุงร้อนๆ สดใหม่ ซึ่งลูกค้าจะได้ทานอาหารอร่อยและมีรสชาติที่ได้มาตรฐาน ซึ่งทางร้านบริหารสูตรอาหารอย่างลงตัว เพื่อจะได้เป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน ซึ่งเรื่องรสชาติอาหารและวัตถุดิบเป็นสิ่งที่ควรให้ความใส่ใจมากที่สุด

Kao Mun Kai Rak Kah Fae has stayed with the Korat people for more than 80 years, inherited from ancestors through generations.
An origin of “Rak Kah Fae (Love Coffee)” is from Mr. Saiseng Sae-Sue and Mrs. Noi Sae-Sue, the founders of the restaurant on Chakri Road.In the past, Rak Kah Fae was located on the opposite side of the current Tah Eyeglasses shop. In the first period, (the generation of Mr. Saiseng and Mrs. Noi), the shop was started with the sale of coffee, which Mr. Saiseng made all by himself, whether it was selection, roasting, brewing, or cooking. Customers both in Korat and other provinces who had eaten here were impressed with the taste until it was mentioned and wondered about the origin or meaning of the word “Rak Kah Fae.”. In fact, the word “Rak (Love)” is the name of Sai Seng, and the overall meaning is that Mr. Sai Seng started his first business with Kah Fae (coffee), which is the origin of “Rak Kah Fae”.
The restaurant’s special menu is chicken rice. Most of the customers who come here usually eat from this menu. For the taste of oily rice, we will use 100% jasmine rice. When cooked, rice will be fragrant, soft, arranged in a beautiful row, not wet, and not too greasy. Juicy chicken meat, thick and tender. When eaten together with the restaurant’s unique concentrated dipping sauce, it enhances the taste and makes it even more delicious. And most importantly, our raw materials are prepared day by day, cooked hot and fresh, so that customers can eat delicious food with a standard taste.
